Private One-on-One

Each session is tailored to your physical, mental and emotional needs. The goal is to make sure you feel confortable with your progression towards aligment, strength, flexibility balance, and the journey to the self, through the self, by the self.

Our focus with our one-on-one therapeutic yoga class, is to provide a space for women to melt stress, as they engage in a personal practice that allows for conversation, learning, flow and blisfullness. At our boutique studio you are more than a number, and we are committed to making sure your experience is one that invites you to come back for more. These private sessions are intended to support the person utilizing psychologically and anatomically concepts of asanas combine with breathing, gentle stretching, mindful movement, and relaxation techniques to help the whole person. The goal is to  leave you feeling refreshed and ready for whatever comes next. 

We are here to support you and help you clear out any cluter, preventing you from igniting your ligt.
