In this 8 videos course, you will gain insights as to the importance of your role when it comes to your health and wellness. During this course you will be instructed to engage in a series of activities to stimulate your mind, as well as your body, and will engage in reflection to help you recognize self-sabotaging behaviors that are not allowing you to accomplish goals. A Facebook Group with other students taking the course. The intention of the group is that you don’t feel alone, and so that you have the opportunity to ask questions, and share your journey with others.
I, your instructor will also be in the group, and will have office hours, where I will go online to anwer any questions.
